Das Haus ist eine antike Konstruktion aus dem Jahre 1700. Ein Teil des Residenz-Komplex - genannt “La Cocumella”. Die gesamte Struktur beherbergte in den ersten Jahren ein Konvent der Jesuiten; später das königliche Internat und noch später - anfangs 1800 - wurde es transformiert in “GRAND HOTEL COCUMELLA”, das älteste (antike) Kur- und Gästehaus der Sorrentinischen Halbinsel. Die Villa ist angrenzend dem bewundernswerten Hotelpark. Geschmückt mit wunderschönen Pflanzen und Blumen zwischen jahrhunderte alten Bäumen.
DAS HAUS ist in 4 Ebenen eingeteilt; ausgestattet mit antiken, komfortablen Möbeln. Es ist möglich bis zu 10 Personen zu beherbergen (600 qm!); verbunden jew. mit Treppen und Aufzug.

The house is historical of the early 17th century which constituted a part of the residential complex called “La Cocumella.” The whole structure housed in the first part of the 15th century a convent of Padre Gesuiti, then the Royal College, and finally at the beginning of the 18th century it was transformed into the “Grand Hotel Cocumella,” the oldest place to stay of the Sorrento Peninsula. The villa is on the border with the beautiful park of the hotel with plants and flowers amid ancient trees.

The house is on four levels linked by stairs and lifts and decorated to house with all comforts up to 10 guests on a living surface of about 600 sq m. The villa, which is entered from a large courtyard, is divided into a day area with sitting and dining-room, kitchen, large lounge with bar and games are.
